“placards & cadavres”
A l’instar de “Huis clos”, placards & cadavres s’est imposé plus qu’il n’a été vraiment voulu. Attaché à l’honnêteté, mr.teddybear vous livre cette courte chronique de l’année 2011, avec une farouche volonté de ne rien masquer ni à ses pairs ni à lui-même, de ses interrogations.
En creux de la peinture d’une colère et d’une amertume certaine, il nous livre celle d’une évolution. Là où “Huis clos” renfermait une mélancolie adolescente, “placards & cadavres” engendre une certaine idée de l’âge adulte, où les questionnements ne font plus naître tristesses et solitude, mais dépits et terreurs froides, où la mort entre dans la partie, successivement tutoyée et niée.
Avec la participation du stoïque guitariste Shiyugosha et des deux compères parisiens de K2C, mr.teddybear nous livre trois titres où il ne veut cacher ni déception, ni rage, ni colère envers ses pairs, ces émotions qui entâchent et raidissent l’âme.
Comme dirait l’autre : “Un trophée d’hiver”.

Placard & Cadavres imposed itself the same way Huis Clos did : more needed than desired.
mr.teddybear delivers a short 2011 chronicle, with a hard core attachment to honesty, and a strong will not to hide anything from his questioning to his pairs nor to himself.
Under this picture of wrath and deep bitterness, lies an evolution. From « Huis Clos » was emerging a teenage melancholy, unlike « Placards & Cadavres » which contains a peculiar idea of adulthood, where questions do not engender sadness and loneliness anymore, but rather resentment and horrible dread, where death comes in, touched and left one day after another.
With the featuring of the stoical Shiyugosha and its two parisian comparses from K2C, mr.teddybear offers 3 soundtracks filled with disappointment, anger and wrath towards his pairs, unhidden: these can wound and rip out the soul.
As one might say : « a winter trophy »
